Live weekly calls
You will get access to a minimum of 4 live calls with Nicky for 12 weeks of the 14 week program. You will have the opportunity to be coached live by Nicky, ask her questions about anything related to coaching or business. There will also be coaching lab calls where a coach is invited to coach another coach live, in a safe, nurturing environment and get some constructive feedback. This support is a way to not just receive live coaching but to share and normalise our journey as coaches and be part of an incredible community of like minded coaches.

Throughout the 14 week course, you will get access to a Facebook Group community with other like minded coaches and Nicky. This online community is where you can develop friendships, support networks, do peer coaching, get feedback and a cheer squad.
